Krif boss urges businesses to buy quality equipment.

Executive Chairman of Krif Ghana Limited, Rev Kennedy Okosun has advised owners of businesses in Ghana to pay particular attention to the specifications of the products they import, to offer their customers value for money.

He urged businessmen to import products which are certified. “Products must always be certified by recognized standard bodies anywhere in the world, and this not peculiar to Ghana; this is an international requirement”.

According to him, Ghanaian businesses do a lot of importing than exporting, and that creates a lot of trade imbalances, which also has a direct impact on their foreign currency situation, and must, therefore, ensure they only import products that meet international standards. “We are in 2018 and not 1949, and in 2018, you cannot be parading products which people pay and use to only find out later to be of sub-standard”

“They must insist that whatever they are importing meets international benchmark in terms of standardization,” he stressed. Reverend Okosun also noted that it is fraud to sell a product which does not meet international standard. “At Krif Ghana Limited, we call it fraud. To exchange money for a product which does not meet the requirement or give the satisfaction or offer the solution it is intended for, and we are determined to stamp this out by continuously offering quality products to our customers”.

He indicated that all products should carry a brand and model number, and therefore advised customers to go online and check for brands and model numbers of products before making purchases. Rev Okosun was speaking at a workshop and exhibition organized by his out in Accra to educate customers on items available at Krif Ghana Limited.

The forum was also for Krif Ghana to interact with its customers, stakeholders and partners to make known solutions that Krif products offer, their benefits and get reactions addressed. Rev Okosun used the occasion to assure customers of Krif Ghana’s excellent customer experience and products that offers solutions, added value. And value for their money in 2018 and beyond.

He pledged that Krif Ghana is also determined to stop the trend where customers are being taken for a ride and also where vendors have paraded inferior products at the disposal of the customer, and therefore short-changing customers.Some of the products exhibited ranged from stationeries to sophisticated office equipments.
