The Executive Chairman of Krif Ghana Ltd. Rev. Kennedy Okosun has urged businesses to strategise in order to thrive under the conditions imposed by the COVID-19 pandemic.

That, he said, would not only ensure the survival of businesses, but would also help to prevent the spread of the virus.

Rev. Okosun was speaking during the launch of COVID-19 customer mitigation measures to support clients to deal with the impact of the pandemic on their businesses.

Rev. Okosu said the pandemic has come to stay and that businesses needed to adapt to the changing circumstances to survive.

He urged business owners to build on their strength and to be cautious when making decisions in the COVID-19 era because of the risks involved.

He advised business owners to enforce the COVID-19 safety protocols among staff and clients in order to help curb the spread of the virus.

Turing the spotlight on the launch of the initiative, Rev. Okosun said the company had meditated on the ravages of COVID-19 in the last 18 months, with many companies still struggling to recover.

Therefore, he said, KRIF Ghana considered the need to support such companies, which may have been affected by the pandemic. With reduced prices of its products.

“On the account of the COVID-19 pandemic, a lot of businesses were struggling and others had even collapsed, so we recognised that one way we could help to cushion and support businesses is by having such an initiative to lessen the burden of such companies and individuals,” he said.

According to him, with the global economic downturn due to COVID-19, it was time to be supportive of others, stressing that “since we, as a company, are not able to import vaccines, this is one sure way of supporting other businesses in our industry.

“This is our way of giving back to businesses because it is a season of empathy, consideration, and a time to support one another,” he added.

As part of the measures, the company is offering customers half price for stationery and office equipment from now to December 31 this year.
