The Ghanaian-German Economic Association (GGEA) has a 3 tier Membership categorization. Platinum, Gold, and Silver Membership.

The number of employees, annual turnovers, and years of existence, among other criteria, are to be considered to determine the membership level of new entrant.

The Platinum is the top-tier membership level. This level entitles members to a Priority in all GGEA Services and benefits.

  • To become a President or Board of Director of the Association (and other Constitutional
    requirements).
  • Discount on paid events and up to 3 participants for non-paid events.
  • Priority to participate in VIP events with the embassy.
  • Free Visa support service.
  • Discount on advertising slots on GGEA Website and E-Newsletters.
  • Priority for Business referrals.
  • Access to GGEA meeting & conference room for Executive Business Meetings
  • Prominent display of the Member logo on the GGEA Website and promotional materials.
  • Prominence of member publicity.

This Tier entitles members to Key Services and Benefits including;

  • Discount on paid events and up to 2 participants for non-paid events.
  • Visa support service.
  • Discount on advertising slots on GGEA Website and E-Newsletters.
  • Business referrals.
  • Display of the Member logo on the GGEA Website and promotional materials.
  • Access to GGEA meeting & conference room for Executive Business Meetings.
  • Member Publicity.

This tier was created to target SMEs and Startups. There will be a two-year transition period during which a member is expected to upgrade to either Gold or Platinum membership upon review. The Silver Tier membership entitles members to Key Services and Benefits including;

  • Discount on paid events and up to 1 participant for non-paid events.
  • Visa support service.
  • Discount on advertising.
  • Business referral.
  • Display of the Member logo on the GGEA Website and promotional materials.
  • Access to GGEA meeting & conference room for Executive Business Meetings.
  • Member Publicity.
