Susanne Prince-Boateng

Managing director/ Co- owner of Crown Prince Academy Ltd (established 1993) and Chief
Operating Officer of Prince- Boateng Farms Estates with a background in Pediatric Nursing,
Early Childhood Education and Certificate in Consulting Practice from Ghana Institute of
Consulting, as well as fruit processing as a business from Heritage Christian College/ the
department of Agric Engineering, UCC.

Having over 30 years of experience in the Ghanaian educational sector and business
environment, held several executive positions in diverse organizations such as Early
Childhood Development Centre Association Ghana (ECDCAG), International Spouses
Association of Ghana (ISAG) and currently as treasurer of the Central Region Mango
Farmers Association (CRMFA).

Dr. Afua Akyaa Osei

Dr. Afua Akyaa Osei is an investment Banking Specialist and a Senior banking and investment executive with over 16 years of experience spanning wealth management, consumer banking, capital markets, and financial sector development.

She is currently the Head of High Value Segments & Wealth Management at Ecobank Ghana, leading the Bank's strategy for affluent banking, wealth advisory, investments, and premium client solutions across Anglophone West Africa.

She has a proven track record of driving business transformation, developing customer-centric propositions, building strategic partnerships, and delivering sustainable growth through relationship-led banking and sound governance.

Dr. Afua Akyaa, has extensive experience working with regulators, financial institutions, institutional investors, development partners, and executive leadership on business strategy, financial markets, investment management, and corporate governance.

She has her Doctorate in Business Adminstration - Finance Walden University | Minnesota, USA; a Masters in Business Administration Lancaster University| Lancaster, UK and a Bachelor of Science – Banking & Finance University of Ghana | Accra, Ghana.

Mr. Christian N. Darko

Mr. Christian N. Darko is the Director of Operations at Riepco Limited. Headquartered in Tema, Ghana, the company was established in 1985 to provide tailored industrial solutions to the Mining, Food & Beverage, Cement & Construction, Transport, and other allied industries.

In order to ensure the effective, successful management and productivity of the Company, he manages the overall operations, including the Marketing, Sales & Service, Quality Control and safety measures.

He works in tandem with local and international partners to identify business opportunities and broker deals which are then finalized with the company.

In addition to being a chartered Insurer with the Chartered Insurance Institute of Ghana, he also holds a BSc in Actuarial Science and Statistics from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, as well as an Executive MBA finance option, from the University of Ghana Business School.
