The Board of the Association comprises strong and reputable individuals within the Ghanaian-German business community, representing the interest of its members in all affairs of bilateral and economic concern and designing the yearly programme for the Association.

Dr. M. C. Vasnani is the C.E.O. of the renowned logistics company, Consolidated Shipping Ag. Ltd. He is not just an experienced owner with a demonstrated history of working in the transportation/trucking/railroad industry, he is equally skilled in Petroleum, Operations Management, Supply Chain Optimization, Import, and Freight.
Dr. M. C. Vasnani has a strong professional entrepreneurship background with an EXECUTIVE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM focused on Organizational Leadership from the University of Chicago - Booth School of Business.

Susanne Prince-Boateng
Managing director/ Co- owner of Crown Prince Academy Ltd (established 1993) and Chief
Operating Officer of Prince- Boateng Farms Estates with a background in Pediatric Nursing,
Early Childhood Education and Certificate in Consulting Practice from Ghana Institute of
Consulting, as well as fruit processing as a business from Heritage Christian College/ the
department of Agric Engineering, UCC.
Having over 30 years of experience in the Ghanaian educational sector and business
environment, held several executive positions in diverse organizations such as Early
Childhood Development Centre Association Ghana (ECDCAG), International Spouses
Association of Ghana (ISAG) and currently as treasurer of the Central Region Mango
Farmers Association (CRMFA).

Mr. Morgan Uloko
Morgan Uloko is a Nigerian national and express logistics professional, whose core competencies cuts across business process re-engineering, franchising, and general management.
He had his B.Sc. in Geography in 1991 from the University of Jos in central Nigeria and later proceeded to the University of Kent, Canterbury, England, where he had his master’s degree in business administration (MBA) in 2001.
Morgan has over 32 years industry experience with DHL Express, a subsidiary of Deutsche Post DHL, the global leader in express transportation and logistics with subsidiaries in more than 220 countries and territories.
Morgan has held key positions within DHL Express in his achievement-laden career, some of which includes;
DHL’s General Manager Northern Nigeria, Agencies Manager-Sub Sahara Africa, Managing Director-DHL Worldwide Express Ethiopia Plc and Regional Director-East & Southern Africa before his assumption of office as Managing Director, DHL Ghana Ltd, a position he has held for the past 6 years.
Morgan is a Member- Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport Nigeria, Member- Chartered Institute of Cost Management of Nigeria and Board member of the Ghanaian German Economic Association (GGEA).

German Ambassador
H.E Daniel Krull
Daniel Krull has served as “Head of Mission ad interim” of the German Embassies in Iceland and Venezuela. Previously he was deployed in Buenos Aires/Argentina, New York/UN and Ho Chi Minh City/Vietnam.
In the German Foreign Office-Headquarters he has managed the Office of State Secretary G. Boomgarden, worked in the departments for Economic and European Affairs and as speechwriter for the German Minister of Economic Affairs, Günther Rexrodt.
Daniel Krull joined the German Foreign Service in 1992 following his studies in Political Science at Freie Universität Berlin, Université de Montreal and Science Politique Paris.
