She is currently the Head of High Value Segments & Wealth Management at Ecobank Ghana, leading the Bank’s strategy for affluent banking, wealth advisory, investments, and premium client solutions across Anglophone West Africa.
She has a proven track record of driving business transformation, developing customer-centric propositions, building strategic partnerships, and delivering sustainable growth through relationship-led banking and sound governance.
Dr. Afua Akyaa, has extensive experience working with regulators, financial institutions, institutional investors, development partners, and executive leadership on business strategy, financial markets, investment management, and corporate governance.
She has her Doctorate in Business Adminstration – Finance Walden University | Minnesota, USA; a Masters in Business Administration Lancaster University| Lancaster, UK and a Bachelor of Science – Banking & Finance University of Ghana | Accra, Ghana.
